Cottages start at $166,900; villas begin at $224,900 and most custom homes are priced from $250,000 to $500,000 plus. Owners may enjoy features like fireplaces, two car garages and ½-acre to 1.6-acre home lots.

"Each piece of property is very beautiful," says Hill.
